REGISTRATION

• VAT will be added to registration rates.
• Each course will be priced separately.

EXTERNAL PARTICIPATION

• Participants who have not booked accommodation at the congress hotels by the organization secretariat Opteamist Turizm, must add the external participation fee on the registration fees stated in the above table.
• External participation fee includes facility usage fee (includes between 09:00 - 00:00), coffee breaks and lunches.
  
• VAT will be added to all fees.

REGISTRATION FOR ONLINE PARTICIPATION

Services included in the registration fee;

• Participation in all scientific activities
• All participants will be able to receive participation certificates prepared in their names on the website after their participation in the congress.
• The right to access and download the proceedings book to be published after the congress.
• Access to the stand and exhibition areas, correspondence and chat with company representatives.
• Right to access presentations authorized by the speaker.

VAT will be added to the registration fees.
Each user will log in to the platform with the username and password created in her or his name. If it is online from different devices at the same time, the other login will automatically be offline.

ACOMMODATION INFORMATION

ACCOMODATION PACKAGE

• The abovementioned fees are accommodation packages for check-in on 16 November 2021, check-out on 21 November 2021 (5 nights) and check-in on 17 November 2021 and check-out on 21 November 2021 (4 nights). All-inclusive accommodation concept will be applied.
• The following services are included in the accommodation fee;
  Coffee breaks with cookies twice a day on congress scientific activity days,
  Lunch at the congress hotel on congress scientific activity days,
  

COMPANION

• 1st child, free of charge between the ages of 0 – 12
• 2nd child, 50% paid between the ages of 0 – 12
• Adult companion fee difference will be applied for children aged 13 and over.
• Double room fee difference will be applied if there is a child with a single adult.
• VAT will be added to accommodation fees.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Regarding the refund of registration and accommodation fees;

• If notified until 11 June 2021, all fees will be refunded.
• If notified between 11 June 2021 – 09 July 2021, 50% of the fees will be refunded.
• No refunds will be made for cancellations made after 09 July 2021.
• All refunds will be made after the congress is over.
